Are Lundberg Family Farms products certified organic?
Many of our products are USDA Certified Organic. We also offer items that are Non-GMO Project Verified. Please check the individual product packaging or website descriptions for specific certifications.
Do your rice products contain gluten?
Rice is naturally gluten-free. Most of our products are processed in facilities that handle only gluten-free grains, but we recommend checking for the 'Gluten-Free' seal on the package to ensure it meets our strict testing standards.
How should I store my rice and quinoa to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing dry grains in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer the product to an airtight container. For long-term freshness, especially with brown rice, you can store it in the refrigerator or freezer.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their orders within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international customers in the future.
